I took eight-month-old Cyrus to his first Baby ARTventurers class in Newcastle, inspired by one of my favourite childhood books, The Tiger Who Came to Tea. With porridge oats, spaghetti and plenty of opportunities to get messy, it was a morning of discovery for Cyrus and a lovely trip down memory lane for me. Best of all, someone else did the clearing up.
