
There is big news in women’s health, The Menopause in Practice Awards (MiP) are back for 2026, and this year, for the first time, they are handing the power directly to women. A brand-new Consumer Choice Award category has been added, and it is built entirely around YOUR real-life experience.
This is a moment where as women we finally get to have a say on what has helped us, why it matters and why it deserves recognition. And considering what we all go through every day, anyone who has been through perimenopause or menopause deserves an award of their own too. Hot flushes during a school run, brain fog in work meetings, night sweats that soak the duvet, and the stamina of just showing up every day any way, that also deserves applause as far as I’m concerned.
Lots of brands, one crown, your choice
MiP has shortlisted ten innovators, trailblazers, and quiet heroes in menopause care. These are the brands creating real solutions, clever products, and campaigns that make women feel seen. Now it’s your turn to decide which one deserves the crown.

Why this award matters
Menopause is a major life stage, one that affects everything from mood and sleep to work, relationships, and identity. For too long, women’s health has been underserved, underfunded, and in my view, under-discussed. The Consumer Choice Award is certainly a push in the right direction. It recognises that the real experts are the women living it, not just the boardrooms analysing it.
When you vote, you are shaping the standards of care for all of us. You are telling the industry, “Here’s what works. Do more of this.” You are showing younger women that we are building something better for them too.

The Consumer Choice Award only works when women spread the word. Your vote is powerful, but your voice is what builds the movement.
