Bubble Trouble: Bath Time Adventures with Little C

Hello, dear readers! Today, I want to share with you the trials and tribulations of managing a super messy baby post-nursery. Combine messy play, weaning, and sensory activities, and you’ve got a concoction that turns your little one into a walking canvas of shaving foam and tomato sauce art. Now, let’s dive into the bubbling adventures of bath time with little C, where chaos meets cleanliness in the most entertaining way possible!

Bathing Beauty in Lime Green

So, there’s this green Crocodile Bath Mat from Ikea that has become my secret weapon against slippery situations. At just £6, it’s like having a little ally to combat the mess. The bright lime green colour caught my eye in the Gateshead store, and I thought, “Why not add a touch of the jungle to our bathroom?” At 90cm x 33cm, it’s the perfect fit for our bath, and the suction cups make it slip-free – essential when C is having a standing-up splash party.

Good Bubble: Bursting Bubbles and Beyond

Now, onto the star of our bath-time show – Good Bubble bubble bath. Thanks to Amy, who secured a £60,000 investment from Deborah Meaden on Dragon’s Den, our nightly routine has turned into a soapy spectacle. Not only does C enjoy piling bubbles on his head, but the multicultural experience has been elevated with super fruits from faraway lands. From dragon fruit to cloudberry, it’s a fruity fiesta that even an ancient Chinese legend would appreciate.

Dragon Fruit Drama and Cloudberry Chronicles

Did you know dragon fruit was supposedly created by a fire-breathing dragon? Whether legend or whispers, the moisturising properties and antioxidants make it a bath-time sensation. And then there’s cloudberry, a creeping bramble from Scandinavia, Siberia, and Alaska, bursting with vitamins A, C, and E. The Inuit people and Nordic sailors once used it to fend off scurvy – talk about a history lesson during bath time!

Squeaky Clean with Good Bubble

Apart from the endless fun of mohawk hairdos, Good Bubble ensures no tears or tantrums. Dermatologically tested, allergen-free, and endorsed by The Vegan Society and Cruelty-Free International, it’s a guilt-free bubble fest. C’s hair smells so good that bedtime snuggles in the big bed are irresistible – sorry, cot, you’ll have to wait.

Duck Tales and Floating Fun

Adding to the bath-time spectacle is Munchkin’s White Hot Safety Bath Ducky. Not only does it promise plenty of smiles and laughter, but it also doubles up as a safety gadget to check the water temperature. It’s a win-win from Tesco that keeps bath time both entertaining and safe.

Boats, Numbers, and Letters, Oh My!

C’s bath tub resembles a floating toy paradise, with Nuby stackable boats stealing the spotlight. Although designed for 10-month-olds, these boats are C’s current obsession, teaching him hand-eye coordination and making a splash, literally. The colorful foam numbers and letters from Nuby are another hit, transforming bath time into an educational extravaganza.
